Experienced hand to lead ANRPC

Former Director General of the Malaysian Rubber Board and a nominee of the Government of Malaysia, Dr. Kamarul Baharain Bin Basir has taken over as Secretary General of the Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries (ANRPC) for a three-year term commencing July 1, this year. He succeeds Indonesia's Prof. Djoko S. Damardjati.
