Emerging global leader in tyre machinery

From 1989 to 2013: Over 23 years have gone by since Chairman Zhang Zhiquan founded Tian-jin Rubber & Plastic Machinery Factory as a shareholding hi-tech enterprise in Tianjin Binhai New Area, China. Later, in 2000, the company was restructured as Tianjin Saixi-ang Technology Co. Ltd. (TST, to be brief). For TST, these were years of steady and spectacular growth amid difficulties. Over these years, braving all difficulties, TST has grown marvelously and established itself as a leading global player of repute in the tyre and rubber machinery sector. TST successfully undertook the mission to revitalize the national enterprise, and realized the dream that the Chinese could produce radial tyres with exclusively China-made equipment.
