HOUSTON-Eliokem S.A.S.'s Jacques Col-longe and JSR Corp.'s Yasuhiko Takemura have won the top honors from, the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers. Collonge, who retired as CEO of Eliokem in 2008 and created Katosan, a consulting firm, will receive the General Award from the institute for his contributions to the industry and the IISRP. He served in a number of capacities with the IISRP, including treasurer from 2003-2008.
