Petrography and rock radioactivity in the speleotherapy medical institutions of the Javoricko Karst and the Mladec Karst (Czech Republic)

摘要

In this paper a summary of results from petrography investigation carried out in the speleotherapy medical institutions of the Javoricko Karst and Mladec Karst areas is presented with emphasis on natural radioactive element contents (K, U, Th) in the local rock environments (Devonian limestones, cave soils, sinters and loess).
