Military librarians - A group overlooked?

This column consists of brief notes on the roles of military librarians, on U.S. FISA revisions, the introduction of terabyte optical media, the Commonwealth communique on ITC in developing nations, and the One Laptop Per Child program spearheaded by MIT's Nicholas Negroponte. It includes observations on social networking and provides some historical background on the digital divide.
