Juridical regime of the integrated production. Especially, the distinctive signs.

摘要

Integrated production tries to unite different aims such as the protection of the environment and the profitability of the enterprise. Because of its evident public interest, the above mentioned method of agrarian production is the object of government promotion that, in Spain, has meant, on the one hand, the establishment of diverse signs destined to distinguish on the market the products derived from that method of production and, on the other hand, the provision of public grants to support and to promote this agrarian activity. The present paper not only offers a general description of the juridical regime applicable to this public promotion, but also offers some solutions for the problems that have appeared.
