For production of the therapeutic radionuclide In-114m, proton and deuteron induced nuclear reactions were investigated using the stacked-foil technique on enriched Cd-114 and na, Cd targets up to E, = 36 McV and Ed = 21 MeV. The experimental cross sections of the Cd-114(p, gamma)In-114, Cd-114(p, n)In-114m, Cd-114(p, 2n)In-113, Cd-114(p, 4n)In-111m,In-g, Cd-114(p, alpha n)Ag-110m, Cd-114(p, alpha)Ag-111m,Ag-g, Cd-114(d, n)In-115m, Cd-114(d, 2n)In-112m, Cd-114(d, 3n)In-113m, Cd-114(d, p)Cd-115g, Cd-114(d, alpha)Ag-112, Cd-114(p, alpha n)Ag-111m,Ag-g, Cd-nat(p, x)In-114m and Cd-nat(d, x) In-114m reactions are reported. Thick target yields are derived and different routes for production of In-114m are compared.
