In answer to the first question regarding the entry side distance from the limbus: we performed a standard PPV with a 4 mm entry side distance to the limbus.The second issue, the concern that our study only provides data for patients who developed postoperative retinal detachment, who had VH caused by diabetic retinopathy, has to be considered differently.
