PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an answer collection system which saves the answer's trouble to answer.;SOLUTION: This system includes an answer requesting server computer 12 which generates the URL(Uniform Resource Locator) address as the answered destination of a question having added property information of an answerer and notifies the answerer of the answered destination, an answer computer 14 which is connected to the answer requesting server computer 12 and used by the answerer to answer the question by accessing the URL address received from the answer requesting server computer 12, and an answer collecting server computer 16 which is connected to the answer computer 14 and collects answers to the question received from answer computers 14 accessing the URL address and property information of answerers extracted from the URL address.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
