I read the article, "Intravitreal bevacizumab injection for central serous chorioretinopathy" by Lim et al. I would like to add few comments about this study. The present study included patients with Cushing disease and rheumatoid arthritis on treatment with oral steroids, and both have an established association with central serous chorioretinopathy. This affects the outcome of the study. The details about the oral steroid treatment of the patient with rheumatoid arthritis are not mentioned. Change in the dosage of steroids will affect the occurrence and resolution of neurosensory detachment.
