Intravitreal bevacizumab injection for central serous chorioretinopathy.

I write concerning the article by Lim et al, entitled "Intravitreal bevacizumab injection for central serous chorioretinopathy." In that article, six eyes of six patients with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) received an intravitreal injection of bevacizumab. The authors stated that intravitreal bevacizumab injections resulted in improved visual acuity and anatomical results for CSCR. In this letter, I discuss an important clinical implication of this treatment for CSCR.
