Caution needed over policy changes at WRAP

With WRAP created almost eight years ago, it is unsurprising that the organisation's remit is changing.Defra has already stated its intentions to streamline the number of deliverers in its programme to boost recycling and sustainable waste management. Accordingly these will be effectively merged into WRAP over the coming year.
