ESA elects Peter Gerstrom from Cory Environmental as new Chairman

ESA is pleased to announce that Cory Environmental’s Chief Executive Peter Gerstrom has been elected as the ESA’s new Chairman. Mr Gerstrom will succeed David Palmer-Jones of SITA UK who stepped aside at the end of November after his two year term in the role. Peter Gerstrom has an Oxford engineering degree and an MBA from London Business School. He started working in the waste industry 25 years ago and has worked for Onyx and then Veolia and was Director of Municipal Services at Cleanaway before joining Cory Environmental in 2003.
