摘要

Particulate materials are well known for their ability to enhance the properties of polymers. When filler particle sizes are reduced to the nanometer scale, the effect on thermal stability and reinforcement of the polymer becomes more important due to the large specific interfacial area and the short distance between particles. Nanocomposites are also advantageous in UV curing as they are transparent to visible and UV light.
