摘要

Purpose To investigate the ability of three-dimensional (3D) ultrasonography and anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) to predict successful embryo development in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. Methods We prospectively studied 28 patients undergoing IVF treatment, using 3D ultrasound Sono automatic volume calculation (AVC) and a 3D-power Doppler volume histogram. Sono AVC was used to automatically measure the number and volume of follicles. The volume histogram was used to measure the vascularization index (VI), flow index, and vascularization flow index in the ovaries. Serum AMH (S-AMH) was determined by enzyme immunoassay (ng/ml).
