FATTY ALCOHOL EXPORTS FALL 13.5% IN JAN/OCT 2014

Malaysia exported 26,835 tonnes of fatty alcohols in October 2014, up from 24,246 in the previous month but 4.1% down on the month last year, trade data show. Shipments in the first ten months of 2014 amounted to 261,045 tonnes, down 13.5% on the same prior-year period.
