Nigeria's federal government has called on its Japanese counterpart to help in recycling the huge number of end-of-life vehicles dumped across the country, the local Daily Independent newspaper has reported. 'For each new car in Nigeria, we have 20 used cars,' states Nigeria's permanent secretary Ambassador Abdulkadir Musa.
