13TH CONGRESS OF THE INTERNATIONAL RADIATION PROTECTION ASSOCIATION

I originally intended to compile a report of the IRPA congress based on a series of short summaries prepared by those who attended. In response to a request for two to three paragraph summaries from the Congress delegates associated with our region, a number of comprehensive reports were submitted. A compilation from these reports would not do justice to the work of the authors. Instead a short general summary is provided along with a reproduction of the submitted reports. The submitted reports are in a variety of styles and there is some repetition of observations in the various reports presented. This has been included to gain an appreciation for the range of information that was gained from attendance at the IRPA congress. Workplace specific observations in the various reports have been removed. It is also important to note that the reports are based on the personal observations of the authors. I would like to thank everyone who responded to the request to contribute to a report on the IRPA congress.
