ICSOBA 2010 in Zhengzhou, China

The International Committee for the Study of Bauxite, Alumina & Aluminum (TCSOBA) will hold its XVI11 International Symposium, "Overview of Bauxite, Alumina and Aluminium Industry Worldwide with Special Reference to China" in Zhengzhou, China from November 25-27,2010. The objectives of the symposium are to review the present status of bauxite, alumina, and the aluminum industries, particularly in China; to discuss promising research developments for improved product and production in existing bauxite mines, alumina, and aluminum plants; to highlight proposed Greenfield activities; to discuss problems related to the environment and safety considerations; and to discuss the marketing aspects of bauxite, alumina, aluminum, and their products. ICSOBA 2010 will be held with the support of the Zhengzhou Research Institute (ZZRI) of the Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco).
