The Philippines is near to passing into law a new LPG bill that will tighten industry practices. The bill successfully passed through the house of representatives in March and is now in its first reading in the senate, Philippines LPG industry association (PLPGIA) executive director Mercedita Pastrana told the World LP Gas Association (WLPGA) forum. "There is a good chance it will be signed into law this year," Pastrana said.
