Much-delayed legislation for the storage,distribution and sale of LPG in Italy came into effect last month - the first change in the law in over three decades.The rules focus on safety and creating a level playing field for companies operating in the industry,to boost efficiency and transparency.The long-awaited legislation was originally set to be approved by the end of September (LPGW,3 August,p1).
