US EIA expects heating bills to rise

US propane consumers can expect an average 16pc increase,in their,heating costs this winter,according to the US Energy Information Administration's (EIA) Short-term energy and winter fuels outlook,released on 9 October.The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration forecasts that temperatures will be above Jong-term averages this winter,while precipitation levels could be either above or below median levels.
