But it's a challenge welcomed by Shane Humble and Simon Polzer, co-owners of West Palm Beach, Fla.-franchise Clintar Landscape Management Services. One of a growing number of Clintar franchises in the country, the company offers landscape maintenance, installation and enhancement services. Although the majority of its clients are HOAs in Palm Beach County, Clintar also handles the landscaping for some well-known city sites, including Flagler Museum and the Sail Fish Marina. "But the most interesting dynamic is how we built upscale HOAs - that really is our bread and butter," Polzer says.
