摘要

Previous research has found that cancer patients expect to resume daily activities when their cancer treatment is over, yet often find they are left more susceptible to fatigue, less physically active, and with a reduced quality of life. Researchers from the University of Hong Kong analysed the results of 34 randomised controlled trials that assessed the effects of physical activity on adults with cancer. Each study included patients who had experienced either breast, prostate, gynaecologic, colorectal, gastric or lung cancer. Twenty-two studies assessed aerobic exercise, and four also included resistance or strength training.
