Based on the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, some analysis techniques and Lyapunov functional method, the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solution of Cohen-Grossberg type model of neural network with delays and impluses is investigated. Our results extend those existing ones. Further, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
