摘要

We develop a method for the evaluation of the durability of reinforced-concrete beams based on the concepts of fracture mechanics. A model of fracture of cracked structures taking into account the process of creep of concrete is constructed. We deduce dependences describing the influence of crack opening displacement on the growth of its length under long-term loading and present formulas for the crack-mouth opening displacement under short-term and long-term loads. The development of a periodic system of cracks is described for different types of concrete subjected to long-term loading.
