Baltimore County is taking its case against the proposed AES Sparrows Point LNG project to the US Supreme Court in the latest in a series of legal and legislative attempts to block the project.The'county plans to appeal a federal appellate court's May decision,which found the county overstepped its bounds and violated the National Gas Act when it passed zoning regulations that prevented the project from going forward.
