Several court rulings in the past two weeks will mark natural gas interests across the U.S. Among them, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on 5/19/08 overturned a Baltimore County law that had been intended to block the proposed liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal at Sparrows Point.
