摘要

The methods of high-temperature X-radiography, microstructural and micro-durometric (scleroscopic) analyses were utilized to investigate the features of joint influence of nitrogen and caibon on the sequence of phase formation in the course of nitrocarburizing of steel. The effect of gas-phase content on conditions of formation of solid solutions, carbide, nitride and carbonitrides phases was also determined.
