Square billet producers in Taiwan waiting for stronger demand

Price growth has restarted in square billet market of Taiwan. Domestic and foreign buyers being not as active asdesired, it was only increased import and domestic scrap prices (up $10-15/t in one week) that have made suppliersdo the rise. However, producers in Taiwan remain optimistic believing they will soon continue to bargain prices up andexpecting traders to restock a lot.
