摘要

Training is a planned communication process for manpower development to bring about desirable changes in the knowledge, skill, practice, attitude, behaviour and other things in accordance with job requirements (Pottappa, 2008). Training has continuedto be the most important device for developing individual's work efficiency (Sanjeevkumar Singh, 2008). Hence, Training is an important and effective tool for capacity building and for assisting policy makers, Government officials, development project personnel, extension experts and agriculturists in the realization of their programme objectives and plans (Sudha, 1980). Further, the aim of the process is to develop employees, for the effective performance of their work and achieve the aims and objectives of organization. Hence, the Staff Training Unit is organizing institutional training course and field oriented training programmes for various personnel of Private, Government and Quasi - Government organizations.
