Growth and flowering of potted gerbera (Gerbera jamesonil H. Bolus) cv. Cabana grown under shade house as influenced by Integrated Nutrient Management.

Influence of Integrated Nutrient Management were tried to assess the effect on growth and flowering of potted gerbera cv. Cabana grown under shade house conditions. The study revealed that all the growth and flowering parameters studied were influenced by different sources of organic manures, bio-fertilizers and phytozeal alone and in combination compared to control in different seasons. However, vermicompost @ 100 g/plant+PSF @ 25 g/plant+phytozeal @ 30 m l/l+recommended nutrient dosage increased the plant height, spread of plant, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf to flower ratio and days taken for first flower bud emergence and fully opening of flower for harvest.
