It's all about keeping your eye on the ball. But while the professional athlete only has one ball at a time to worry about, farming is more akin to juggling. Except it's no game. It's more like your life. And if you don't keep all those balls in the air you are faced with death by a thousand cuts.Right now, though, there are two balls which have almost everyone on the land transfixed. The first is the dollar. That it has finally dipped below parity is the best news farming has received in a long time. The second is Canberra's confirmation it willbe driving the final nails into the coffin of the once-regulated wheat market.
