Hoo-boy. Seems like I stirred the possum the other day. Plenty of folks didn't seem too happy with my yarn on the Walkinshaw Performance supercharged Clubsport. Thing was, it wasn't actually the blokes at Walky Perf who were dark on me. Oh no. First crab off the rank was the nice lady whose family runs Heathcote Raceway in central Victoria where I first clapped eyes on the WP Clubbie at the LS1 Nationals. She was dirty because I'd mentioned that Heathcote was dusty that day. She continued by saying that not only had her husband fitted state-of-the-art lights and timing equipment (the same stuff if, I remember rightly, broke down a couple of times on the day) and that she was horrified that I'd described the food at the track as being uniformly yellow. So let's address all that.
