What do you do when you receive a Social Security "mismatch" or "no-match" letter? Do you have to fire the employee or put the person on "administrative leave" until the employee can clear up the Social Security number problem? Do you ask yourself "Will I be in trouble, for continuing to employ a possible illegal alien if I don't do something, such as terminate the employment relationship, or put the employee on leave until the matter is cleared up?"
