摘要

The present review is devoted to the exposition of the latest achievements of research work in the field of biocatalysis conducted according to the "Biocatalytic Technologies" project of the Federal Target Scienctific-Technological Program "Investigations and Developments in Priority Trends in Science and Technology".The paper presents a brief description of novel tehnologies with the use of biocatalysts for the purposes of paper-and-pulp,textile,food,and pharmaceutical industries and agriculture.Highly sensitive analyticl methods are described,which are used for environmentsal protection,quality control of food products,and medicinal diagnostics.Examples are given of drug and materials being produced on the basis of enzymes and their regulators for treatment of cardiovascular and oncologic diseases and also for use in surgery,stomatology,and ophthalmology.
