Composite magnetic materials based on soft non-magnetic polymers filled with magnetics inclusions are getting in the focus of materials science, since their mechanical properties can be tuned through an external Stimulus. These composites are frequently called magne-torheological elastomers (MREs) in ana-logy with magnetorheological fluids. Along with magnetic gels (ferrogels), fer-rofluids and magnetorheological fluids, the MREs establish a special class of smart materials, which are able to change their shape and mechanical be-haviour under external magnetic field. Nowadays, MREs are one of the most perspective smart materials, since they can be used for design of functionally integrated lightweight structures in Sensors, robotics, actuator and damper ap-plications [1-8].
