The author's regret that when this article was published Table 2 was not appropriately quoted, the information contained in the table came from sources that are acknowledged below. 1. The molecular dynamics simulation program based on extended Hamiltonian formalisms, described in Section 2.2, which produced the data of Table 2 is developed and run by the following authors: T. Cagin, Texas A&M university, Chemical Engineering Department. G. Dereli, Yildiz Technical University, Department of Physics, Istanbul, Turkey. 2. The results of Table 2 from the molecular dynamics simulation program by T. Cagin and G. Dereli were that of G. Dereli and her student.
