Outlook - clouded in 2012, more sunshine to follow

The IEA has produced/a new report that provides a snapshot of the global PV industry in 2012. Simultaneously the European PV Parity project, among its final series of reports, has put together an analysis of grid-related issues which suggests that a significant penetration of PV in Europe can be accommodated at a modest cost to grid companies.
