Improvement and extension of ETRS 89 in Latvia and Lithuaniabased on the NKG 2003 GPS campaign

The present ETRS 89 realizations in Latvia and Lithuaniaare based on the EUREF-BAL '92 campaign, which has anestimated accuracy of the same level as the original EUREF89 campaign (class C). Latvia and Lithuania wish to replacetheir EUREF-BAL '92 realization with an ETRS 89 realiza-tion based on the NKG 2003 GPS campaign.
