Sugarcane crushing in Brazil's key Centre/South (CS) region is nearing its end after dry weather allowed mills to work through the record crop faster than a year ago, industry association Unica said. Sugar output from the CS reached just 67,500 tonnes in the second half of December, down 81.1% from the 357,100 tonnes produced in the same period a year ago.
