摘要

Progressive cutbacks in the number of point-of-sale (POS) finance providers, coupled with the slump in vehicle sales caused by the economic downturn, may have painted a bleak picture of the auto loans business. The fact is that showroom-sourced finance accounts for more than 50% of private new car sales -up from a low of 46% a couple of years ago. So, what has changed over this period?
