摘要

Advance speed and power have a significant effect on coal cutter-loader output. In relation to this, the paper discusses new drives of coal high-duty cutter-loader advance. There are presented the test results of hydraulic drive of the mean-duty cutter-loader advance. These results have been used to build an algorithm for the computer method of determining the operating speeds of a drum-type cutter-loader and thus its performance. This performance is very important for choosing longwall scraper conveyors and for strength and class of scraper chain. Some operating speeds of cutter-loaders as well as the speeds resulting from varied movement restrictions and from the very cutter-loader construction are considered. The paper makes an important fragment of the computer method to select mine round and flat coil chains for scraper conveyors. The paper ends with the conclusions.
