Although iron ore has undeniably bounced back post the global financial meltdown, one industry analyst believes this carbon steel material is now setting itself up for a correction following some short term upside. In an investment note issued at the end of April, the London-based Macquarie Research said while there was a large degree of "fresh air" between the cost support level and the spot price of the bulk commodity, it was unlikely this would be sustainable over the medium term.
