Breakaway Resources Ltd (ASX:BRW) has reached agreement to sell its non-core Spargos Reward project and divest its Vivien and Miranda tenements in Western Australia to sharpen its focus on its Eloise copper-gold exploration project. The agreement follows an announcement earlier this month that Breakaway had secured the involvement of Australian copper producer Sandfire Resources NL (ASX:SFR) in the continued exploration of its Broader Altia Project in northwest Queensland through a landmark A$8 million farm-in joint venture.
