There was more two-way activity on the LME last week with regular deliveries of 6,000 tonnes going into New Orleans. Over the past two weeks this has happened six times, while the outflow tended to be from New Orleans and Detroit. The overall trend in LME stocks remains downward, however, with the total last at 675,100 tonnes, down from 931,175 tonnes at the start of the year.
