摘要

Addition of MnCl2 (100 mg Mn/kg) to the wheat straw compost of cultivated champignon (Agaricus bisporus) results in a considerable increase in the mushroom yield. However, the higher concentration of manganese in the compost does not influence the uptake of manganese and other microelements (Al, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Ph, Zn). If the substrates are treated with solutions of PbNO3, Ni(NO3)(2), or CdSO4, the uptake of these metals by the mushrooms shows an increasing tendency in the sequence Ni < Ph < Cd.
