The architects deserve a lot of credit for its careful placement. It's a design that incorporates some of the traditions of a Zen garden in a very active urban place. It has the kind of subtlety that distinguishes its design and clearly has the toughness that's required to be able to sustain all of the exigencies that are required to exist in an urban place. The use of water and stone is quite beautifully done. It is a place in the city where one could find welcome quiet reflection. An impressive monument.
