摘要

The author follows the fate of an ethical boundary violation from an interactional perspective. A "terminated dialogue", which is the first response to a failed analytical encounter caused by a boundary violation, is often followed by an "avoided dialogue": due to the difficulties in expressing oneself as a victim to a third party, such as the counseling psychoanalysts, due to the silentness of the violater himself and also due to those in the close surroundings who have suspected or have known, often for a long period of time. An "analysis of the silence" is followed by deliberations on which individual, interpersonal and structural conditions are needed in order to bring the negative sequelae of psychotherapeutic behavior to a dialogical process in an endeavor for comprehension. This helps all those involved to consider the event in a more differentiated manner and to reflect the failure in a beneficial way, without having to trivialize, to renounce or to externalise.
