Mathematics in the New Elizabethan Age (60 Years of British Mathematics)

This article was commissioned by Science and Parliament as part of their celebration of the Jubilee year, entitled 'British Scientific Achievement over the last 60 years'. This included contributions from engineering, biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics. These five articles are all available in the Autumn 2012 issue of Science in Parliament.
